Synapse offers an Annual Summer Internship Program for O Level, A Level, and university students in Pakistan who are passionate about psychology, neuroscience, research, and social change. The program is structured into three specialized tracks:

Research Wing

Gain practical experience in mental health research, data collection, literature reviews, EMR analysis, surveys, interview and report presentations. Perfect for students pursuing careers in clinical psychology, neuroscience, or healthcare research.

Outreach & Advocacy Wing

Participate in mental health awareness campaigns, workshops, and community projects. Interns work on youth-focused mental health initiatives, public policy promotion, and partner collaborations across Pakistan.

Digital Storytelling Wing

Interns create engaging digital content — including videos, social media posts, and blogs — that challenge stigma and provide accurate mental health education. Projects involve interviews, media strategy, and audience engagement analytics. This immersive youth mental health internship in Pakistan equips students with the tools, confidence, and exposure to make an impact in the growing field of mental health, media, and advocacy.
