We believe that stigma around mental health wellbeing can be countered through interactive workshops. We plan and execute workshops at other institutions and organizations through which we urge the participants to take a minute for their mental health being. Through the workshops, we encourage and educate participants on healthy cognitive practices that can help them in daily life as well as help them combat any mental conditions.
Our workshops are suitable for both the youth and the adults and they can be conducted in different domains of our minds. We also encourage activities through our workshops to make it educational and enjoyable for the participants to remain attentive and focused.
